How much do the jackets cost?
The Golden Procession Jacket is ₹3,199 and the One Culture Jacket is ₹3,000. The price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery (₹100 standard, ₹200 express).
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or supported wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We currently deliver across India. Standard delivery is ₹100 and takes 5–8 business days; express delivery to metro cities is ₹200 and takes 2–4 business days. See shipping.
How do I choose a size?
Both jackets have a relaxed fit — your usual size works for most people. The size guide lists garment measurements in centimetres.
Can I return or exchange a jacket?
Yes — unworn jackets with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See returns & refunds.
What do the badges on each jacket mean?
They describe how a design relates to its source. “Interpretation” means traditional motifs redrawn in our own hand; “Inspired by” means the design takes a reference — such as a landmark — as its starting point; “Artist collaboration” means the work was made with the artist credited.
Is the embroidery hand-done zardozi?
No. The Golden Procession Jacket is an interpretation: it borrows the gold-on-dark language of zardozi and credits the Lucknow tradition, but it is not presented as authentic zardozi handwork.
