Returns & refunds

You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Jackets must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To start a return, email hello@zameen.me with your order number and the reason for return. We will share pickup or drop-off instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the jacket, we will approve the refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your jacket arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
